Here are a few more projects that we were given. These photos are just an example of the wide variety of machine tools that we have retrofitted over the years.

Cincinnati Gilbert Boring Mill This machine tool had been retrofitted previously with a GE 550. It was housed in a freestanding cabinet and used an old "behind the tape reader" program drip feeder. Wow, is that old or what?

Devlieg Mill This machine had for it's control an Allen Bradley CNC. We replaced it with a Dynapath Delta 50 CNC. We also replaced the older servo and spindle drives, but, we continued to use the Inductosyn scales with newer interface electronics. Very accurate and precise.

Devlieg Mill A view of the operator control station pendant on a swing beam we built. Also, a manual pulse generator handwheel in a remote handheld pendant.

Devlieg Mill Electrical Panel This is a picture of the components we installed on the Devlieg mill pictured above.

Operator Station This is an operator station for a laser cutting machine using a GE Fanuc CNC and laser resonator. Incorporated on board is a Laser Mechanism's height sense unit calibration and tip stand-off controls.

Interface panel This is an electrical panel built with GE Fanuc components for a laser cutting machine.
