Here are a few more projects that we were given. These photos are just an example of the wide variety of machine tools that we have retrofitted over the years.

Digitizing mill
This machine tool retrofit was to function as a scanning digitizer and milling machine. Linear scales were installed and the digitizing system was installed on a PC-based control with milling software. Of course, this was done in the nineties when model making was still prevalent.
Cabinet for digitizer mill
This is a picture of the cabinet interior after wiring. The spindle drive was existing in the original configuration. This machine tool performed very well for the customer and when they stopped making models and patterns, it continued on as a mill.
Monarch VMC150 retrofit
This machine is one that we built a cnc retrofit kit for and for about 60 machine tool like it. The kit takes about a day to install and 2 to 3 days to complete. We used Dynapath CNC exclusively on this machine, because, they were able to work with the rapid traverse by air feature on the older VMC's.
Pratt & Whitney retrofit
This machine tool was converted from a Pratt & Whitney 2D milling and drilling machine with rapid traverse rates of 200 ipm to a full 3D machine with rapid rates of 600 ipm and spindle speeds of 6000 rpm redesigned to machine aluminum.
Makino retrofit
We purchased this machine tool and it's identical sister machine and completely remanufactured them and placed them at two separate companies. They are still in service today at those locations.
Cabinet for above Makino
This is the cabinet for the above machine. It is a good example of our capabilities and shows how clean are our panels. Full CAD drawings are available with each project, as well as, all documentations.
